Snagging inspection and survey faberge apartments earlsfield london

We were asked to untertake a snagging inspection and survey of a two bedroom faberge apartment from the higgin's Garratt Collection in Earlsfield London.

We raised over 40 snagging issues in our 18 page report; the common issues and defects were a number of sockets not accepting plugs, base of basin taps loose, shower screens not watertight and the vent cooling system not functioning correctly.
