​Payment and refund policy:
Payment is made in full  no less than 24 hours prior to the snagging inspection. A full refund will be due to the customer if the inspector cancels the appointment and doesn't reschedule the appointment to a date and time that is acceptable to the customer.

The inspection securing deposit of £25 is non-refundable.

 

Booking terms and conditions:

​Customers can cancel an appointment 48 hours before the scheduled appointment with no charge applicable however if an initial securing deposit of £25 has been paid then the deposit is non-refundable. A 25% charge of the inspection fee maybe taken if the appropriate notice is not given.

 

Our snagging service is a visual inspection and report on the condition of the property at the time of your survey, we don't remove fixed panels nor access the roof void, note that further defects may become apparent after the visit and that the builder will be liable to rectify these additional defects in accordance with the warranty the builder provides.
