Apartment snagging Sydenham Beckenham London

We completed an apartment snagging of a three bedroom flat in lower Sydenham in the Beckenham area of London. The Weston Homes Dylon Riverside development, which overlooks the Crystal Palace FC Academy and Kent County Cricket ground, is a well presented development with a family park area.

Overall, the apartment was of a good standard and decorative finish; however, the terrace doors were problematic due to the bedroom and living doors dipping and jarring against the base keep. The mastic finish was incomplete along all LHS door frames resulting in a poor finish due to the shrinkage and cracking.
