Snagging inspections Greenwich Peninisula
Often the first thing an observant snagging inspector does is take in the view before launching his iPad and snagging app. My Friday morning inspection at 3 Upper Riverside North Greenwich London, I'm please to say went well. I've inspected numerous apartments at this development and do consider it, overall, of a good standard and decorative finish. The three bedroom apartment that I inspected today was an ex showroom and subsequently of a very good spec and finish however again there were common issues that were raised in my report. Of particular concern was the excessive gaps in between the skirting and flooring and the shower head that caught me off guard when I ran the shower - see photos below:
