Snagging inspections Canary Wharf
At 43 stories, 10 Park Drive dominates the skyline of London's Canary Wharf. We've inspected a number of apartments in this development and found, overall, the apartments to be of a good standard although there seems to be common snagging issues raised in our snagging inspection reports throughout these apartments with on average 50-60 snagging defects. The promising aspect is that the developer, Canary Wharf Residential, was quick in rectifying the snagging defects that we raised.
