Snagging surveys Landmark Pinnacle - Marsh Wall - London

At over 230 meters high the skyscraper Landmark Pinnacle (formerly City Pride - the same name of the pub it replaced) overlooks every building in the surrounding area of Isle of Dogs and Canary Wharf East London. With over 800 residential units situated in 75 floors it is the tallest residential building in europe.

We recently conducted one of our first snagging surveys at Landmark Pinnacle London and found the 2 bedroom apartment that we inspected to be of a good standard and finish however we did raise over 30 snagging issues and defects in our 15 page report.
