Snagging survey Triptych Southbank, Southwark, Thameside London.
We were asked to conduct a snagging survey and inspection of a three bedroom apartment located at the Triptych western building in Southwark, Thameside, London that overlooks Southbank and the Tate modern.
The undulating golden and amber curves of Triptych exterior were inspired by the flow of the river thames creating an open and softer approach to the typical Thameside balcony.
Overall, the JTRE London property is of a good standard however we did raise over 65 issues with various common issues to address such as:

1. A number of doors do not have door stops fitted resulting in handles striking walls.
2. Flooring various marks and stains, indentations, scratches, white in grain.
3. Wall unit cupboard doors various stains, marks, white in grain, scratches and chips.
4. A number of sockets and switches not level or in alignment.
