Snagging inspections Cashmere Wharf - London Dock - Wapping

We conducted a snagging inspection for a two bedroom apartment in Cashmere Wharf London Dock, Wapping, just a few minutes walk from St Katherines Dock, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Built by St George, overall the property was of a good standard and finish; we did raise over 40 issues but nothing insurmountable. The main issues were a number of door frames that were not square, untidy finish in skirting corners and a number of socket and switch plates not level or in alignment.
