We were asked to undertake a snagging inspection and survey at The Arc City Road, near Old Street, Shoreditch. The apartment, in general, was of a reasonable standard with a number of common issues and defects; in our 28 page report we raised over 60 issues and defects. Common issues were: low water pressure, water was tepid throughout, Underfloor heating was not functioning, thermostat temperatures were not rising and doors were rattling in their frames.
