We were asked to undertake a snagging inspection and survey of a studio apartment from The Whiteley redevelopment Bayswater London. You can't help but to admire the splendid exterior of this previously lavish iconic department store which has now been tranformed into 139 luxury apartments, shops, cafes, restaurants, a cinema and gym. So how did we find the overall standard and quality decorative finish following our snagging inspection and survey? Overall, the studio was of a high specification and of a good finish however there were various issues and defects to rectify. Our snagging inspection findings raised about 25 issues in our 13 page report which indicated, overall, a good standard quailty finish with a number of issues to be addressed.
