Snagging inspections London City Island

Following a request for a snagging survey for a two bedroom apartment in Ballymore's impressive London City Island, Robin (who was measuring the apartment) and I met for a coffee prior to the inspection in the Grocer, which is next to the clubhouse and gym, all overlook the river. The riverside development is bridged to Canning Town station and from the upper apartment floors the London skyline views are awesome. The development is set to deliver 1600 apartments, the apartment that we inspected, overall was of a good standard and spec, however there were numerous defects to address.
