How many snagging issues and defects did we raise after completing a snagging survey of a 3 bedroom apartment in Redrow's Colindale Gardens development? 53 snagging issues and defects were raised in our 21 page report. Although the apartment is of a good standard there are still a number of common concerns and issues that are running through the development.
