Snagging inspection video - safety issue

It's not often that I would upload a snagging inspection video however I really do think this video taken, during a snagging inspection of a property in Hampstead, of the excessive movement of a frameless glass balustrade along the staircase deserves a viewing and should be posted for safety considerations.

Also note worthy was that there was no handrail along the RHS wall and the sharpness of the glass panel ends.
