New build snagging inspections

Yesterday we inspected a new build 2 bedroom apartment in Putney, Wandsworth, London which was, of a high specification and, overall, of a high standard although we did compile a 15 page report and raise 46 issues. As always there were numerous decorative issues but while running and checking the showers we found the ensuite shower head spray pattern very interesting; I suppose one benefit would be that you could have two people showering at the same time in different areas of the ensuite - see photo below:

Also note worthy - after turning off the shower the head continued to drip for 15 minutes.
