Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an appointment 24 hours before the scheduled appointment with no charge applicable. A 25% charge of the inspection fee maybe taken if the appropriate notice is not given. Refund policy: Payment is made in full prior to the snagging inspection. A full refund will be due to the customer if the inspector cancels the appointment and doesn't reschedule the appointment to a date and time that is acceptable to the customer.
