Snagging inspections Hampstead

We recently undertook a snagging inspection for a high end new build in Hampstead, although the apartment was of a high spec and quality we did find over 60 snagging issues and defects.

Common concerns were ceiling lines not straight, corner walls not plumb and recessed down-lighters not square. There were also numerous marks, indentations and scratches throughout the walls and skirting. It normally takes us 3-4 hours to inspect a two bedroom property; this apartment took us 4-5 hours.
