Snagging inspections in Hackney Wick are always very interesting to me; I really do like the area especially the street art, deli's and the quirky bars. Fish Island has recently rocketed with new builds along the canal and subsequently there has been a large increase in snagging survey requests across the Hackney Wick area. We were called out today to inspect an one bedroom apartment in the Fish Island area of Hackney Wick and overall the apartment was of a good standard however we did raise numerous issues that will the keep developer busy.
