Snagging inspection of 2 bedroom apartment on the tenth floor of the Otto Building that over looks the Hackney Downs Park with outstanding views of London. The apartment was of a high standard and very good decorative finish although there were plenty of snagging issues raised in our snagging report for the developers Londonnewcastle and Hackney Council to address.
