Colindale Gardens in North West London is a colossal new build re-development set in about 9 acres of landscaped gardens next to the park. We inspected a two bedroom apartment, developed by Redrow Homes. The apartment was of a good specification with three balconies, underfloor heating and a well designed kitchen. Overall, the apartment we inspected was of a good decorative finish however there were numerous snagging issues and defects to address.
